Released the Australian Safety and Compensation Council Code of Practice for the Management and Control of Asbestos in Workplaces [NOHSC: 2018(2005)] and the Australian Safety and Compensation Council Code of Practice for the Safe Removal of Asbestos 2nd Edition [NOHSC: 2002(2005)] which outline the methods, procedures and work practices for the identification, evaluation, control and removal of asbestos-containing materials.
 

WorkCover New South Wales
WorkCover New South Wales is the state authority that governs safe practices in relation to asbestos-containing materials. WorkCover New South Wales also controls licensing for contractors who remove asbestos.
